Providing your data is entirely voluntary. However, without your name, e-mail address, subject and message content we will not be able to answer an enquiry submitted through the form. You may always contact us by other means — by post or directly by e-mail.
Your data may be entrusted to the following categories of recipients, strictly to the extent necessary for them to provide services to us:
We do not sell personal data and we do not disclose it to third parties for marketing purposes.
The contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, a mechanism that distinguishes humans from automated scripts. Without it the Foundation's mailbox would be flooded with spam.
As part of this verification the following is transmitted to Cloudflare, Inc.: your IP address and technical information about your browser and how you interact with the page. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in protecting the website against abuse.
Cloudflare, Inc. is established in the United States, which means data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area. Such transfers take place on the basis of Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission and Cloudflare's participation in the Data Privacy Framework. According to the provider, Turnstile is not used to track users across the internet or to serve advertising. The rules under which Cloudflare processes data are set out in that provider's own privacy policy.
This website does not store cookies on your device. We do not use Google Analytics or any other analytics tool, we embed no advertising pixels (Meta, Google Ads), and we load no external fonts, maps or social media plugins.
The only external component is the Cloudflare Turnstile mechanism described above. It may store a technical entry in your browser that is necessary to carry out the verification. Its purpose is purely protective — it is not used for profiling or tracking.
Because we use no analytics or marketing cookies, we display no cookie consent banner — there is simply no consent we would need to ask you for.
Like any web server, ours automatically records technical information about requests: IP address, the URL requested, browser type, date and time. This data is used solely for diagnostics and security. It is not linked to your identity and is not used to build visitor profiles.
In connection with the processing of your data you have the following rights:
To exercise any of these rights, write to us at the address given in section 1. We respond without undue delay and no later than one month from receiving the request.
If you believe that we process your data unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority:
President of the Personal Data Protection Office
(Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych)
ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland
uodo.gov.pl
If you reside in another EU Member State, you may also lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority of your country of residence.
Your data is not used for profiling or for automated decision-making that produces legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affects you, within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR.
The website is served exclusively over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Messages from the form are delivered to the Foundation's mailbox over an encrypted connection, and only authorised persons have access to it. Contact data recorded in technical logs is limited to the minimum necessary to handle the enquiry.
Should the scope of the data we process or the tools we use change, we will update this document and change the date shown at the top. We encourage you to review this page from time to time.
